2. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are free and provided with no obligation.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Any unforeseen issues or additional work required will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Payments

• Payment is only required upon completion of the work and when the customer is fully satisfied.

• We do not ask for deposits or upfront payments.

• Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

4. Guarantees

• All work comes with a written guarantee, ranging from 1 year to 20 years depending on the type of job.

• Guarantee details will be clearly outlined before work begins.

• Guarantees are valid only if full payment has been received.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets, vehicles, or valuables are removed if necessary.

• Any delays caused by restricted access may impact the work schedule.

6. Cancellations

• You may cancel your project at any time before work begins.

• Once work has started, cancellation may result in partial charges depending on the stage of progress.

7. Liability

• We are fully insured and hold all necessary health and safety certifications including CSCS and CITB.

• We take great care in protecting your property but cannot be held liable for pre-existing structural issues or problems outside the agreed scope of work.

8. Use of Images

• Before and after photos may be taken for quality assurance or promotional purposes.

• We will always seek permission before using images publicly.

9. Health & Safety

• All work is carried out following strict health and safety standards.

• Our team is asbestos-aware and qualified to work at heights.

10. Disputes

• In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.

• If necessary, a third-party mediator may be involved to help find a fair solution.
