We contracted Paul to provide a new roof for our house. Despite a couple of glitches, we have awarded an overall 5 star rating. Problems do arise but it is the manner in which these are dealt with that reflects the calibre of the company employed. Severe weather interrupted the job which left our roof exposed to the elements before the actual tiling could be started. Speaking with Paul to raise our concerns about possible water damage Paul stopped the work and arranged for the exposed roof to be covered with a waterproof membrane. On completion of the work we again had bad weather which resulted in a leak due to a flue pipe not having been properly secured. Contacting Paul resolved the issue immediately...
